We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR.
We collect personal data only when you give it to us through forms (inquiries, contact, application). Data we collect includes name, email, phone where given, and the message body.
We use your data to respond to your inquiry, manage your application, and where you opt in, send updates about Fifth and Nine. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
Storage: form submissions are delivered over SMTP to our internal triage inbox on our own mail server. We may also persist them in our database (V1.5 onwards) for triage. Logs and backups are retained for thirty days.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise any of these, send a request via the contact form.
